In order to operate efficiently, we need to have terms and conditions surrounding the content and usage of this website. By using our website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which include our privacy policy.

GIFT CODES

Hayaty Gift Codes can only be redeemed at www.hayatynatural.uk
Only one Gift Code can be used per transaction.
Once the expiry date has passed the code will expire.
No credit or cash will be exchanged.
Site-wide offers and promotions cannot be applied to Gift Cards.

General Promotion Code Terms & Conditions

These promotions are online exclusive offers only available at www.hayatynatural.uk When shopping in currencies other than GBP, the spend threshold will differ from the GBP spend listed. For more information please contact info@hayatynatural.uk

Hayaty Natural Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or suspend the promotion code without any reason or notice. We will advise you within the order process if we cannot accept the promotion code you have entered.

The Promotion code must be entered into the correct section on the checkout page. We are unable to offer you the promotion or complimentary gift if the code has not been entered at checkout.

The promotion code is restricted to one use per order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron, Solo, Switch, Maestro, American Express and PayPal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is acknowledged. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Hayaty Natural Ltd, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. Please note that we retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us.

Legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, ACCEPTANCE AND INSPECTION OF YOUR ORDER

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. Please inspect our products upon receipt and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us within 48 hours of receipt that there is a problem. You can cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation rights and/or you return the goods in accordance with our returns policy. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

CANCELLATION

We will only be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been picked up at the warehouse. Write to us as soon as possible at info@hayatynatural.uk so that we can take your request into account. If we can no longer cancel your order, our customer service can help you organize a return for your products if necessary.

You can download all your invoices directly from your customer area in the “My orders” section. If you placed your order as a guest, feel free to create your customer account to make it easier to track your orders, or ask us for your invoice directly at info@hayatynatural.uk
