This led to an obsession with looking a certain way at the price of my health and well-being. My aha moment came when the Covid-19 outbreak spread over the world. I realised that taking care of my health and lifestyle should be a top priority because doing so will help me feel good inside and have a strong immune system to fight off outside aggressors.
